School Workshops

I offer creative painting and candle-making workshops for secondary school students that combine creativity, calm, and wellbeing. Students paint and personalise their own candle jars before making a candle to place inside, using colour and creativity as a gentle outlet for emotions, stress, and self-expression. The workshops are relaxed, inclusive, and pressure-free, supporting mindfulness, emotional awareness, and confidence in a way that feels enjoyable rather than clinical. Each student leaves with a meaningful handmade candle, a reminder of creativity, calm, and taking time to pause.
